____________________________By commissioning me, you agree to my TOS.
Any of these terms and conditions may change at any time, but changes do not apply to commissions in progress.
____________________________⚪️ GENERAL ⚪️▪️ I have the right to decline or cancel your commission for any reason.
▪️You can only request one model per batch.
▪️ I will be posting WIPS of the commission to my twitter unless you want to keep it a secret until you debut the model.
▪️ I will be creating a 3D model based off the reference image(s) provided. However, I don't do 1:1 commissions since I have my own texturing style and going from 2D to 3D might have some changes needed in certain aspects of the character.
▪️ During the process I will be sending updates on the model, you are free to contact me whenever about feedback and other concerns.
▪️ I cannot guarantee full optimization for VRChat.____________________________⚪️ PAYMENT/REFUNDS ⚪️▪️ Payments will be made through Zelle, CashApp, PayPal.
50% of the total price paid before I start working on the 3D model and the remaining payment at the end before client receives 3D model.
▪️ Client receives all model files after I receive the final payment.
▪️ Failure to pay the correct amount on time may result in the commission being cancelled.
▪️ If I cancel a commission after receiving the first payment, then a refund will be issued back to client for the amount paid and all work associated with that commission will be deleted.
▪️ If client cancels commission after making the first payment, I will keep the 50% as down payment for my time spent as well as the rights to the base of the 3D model but not the rights to the OC.
▪️ NO REFUNDS after the finished product is delivered to client. It is client's responsibility to let me know of any details that need to be addressed, before receiving the 3D model (Additional costs will incur).
____________________________⚪️COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY⚪️▪️ Once the 3D model has been delivered to client, client will have full rights to finished model for personal use
▪️ Reselling the 3D model or it's parts is not permitted under any circumstances.
▪️ A Commercial Use License incurs an upcharge of 30% (merch, posters, etc.) but is not needed for streaming purposes.
Terms will be discussed with the commercial use license.
